Our International Shipping and Mailing Address Physical shipping and mailing address is the exclusive use of Interparcel Courier and Logistics.

The Customer is not the owner of the shipping and mailing address.

The Customer is allowed to ship to and or mail their goods, letters, catalogs, etc. to address provided if their membership status is in good standing, as approved by Interparcel Courier and Logistics.

Physical access to shipping and mailing address is not allowed to customers.

Prohibited are commodities such as:
All contraband as outlined by Jamaica customs website, Items deemed to be unlawful, cash, jewelry, works of art, firearms and ammunition, explosive and flammable items.

We are not involve in trading of goods and therefore acts only as a facilitator. Interparcel Courier and Logistics  is therefore not responsible for any loss as a result of incorrect purchases, items that don’t perform as stated in the online description or any variation from the stated perform by the seller online.

 Interparcel Courier and Logistics is not liable for any loss and or damage to customer’s goods mails or any shipment before entering Interparcel Courier and Logistics network.

Interparcel Courier and Logistics is not liable for any loss and or damage to customer's goods that are not carefully and properly packaged to meet AIR shipping requirements and best practices when preparing your shipment to withstand the transit cycle.
 
Proper packaging is the sole responsibility of the shipper/merchant. In no event will Interparcel Courier and Logistics be responsible ensuring that items are correctly or safely packaged, and will not be responsible for any damage to fragile or breakable items. All claims of this nature need to be resolved between you and the seller of the items. Interparcel Courier and Logistics will not mediate or otherwise participate in any disputes between you and the seller. 

Interparcel Courier and Logistics will only accept liability as set out in below:

Interparcel Courier and Logistics  is not responsible or is in anyway liable for losses of cash, items purchased via the internet which includes items being delivered to the wrong address or is stolen before it enters our facility.

Interparcel Courier and Logistics is not liable for delayed mail and package delivery to Interparcel Courier and Logistics  facility.
 
If Interparcel Courier and Logistics under any circumstance is found to be  liable for consequential loss. Maximum settlement for uninsured shipment is US$100.00
 
Interparcel Courier and Logistics Claim and Settlement:

It is agreed that the total liability of Interparcel Courier and Logistics shall be limited, in any event, to the sum of US$50.00. Additionally Interparcel Courier and Logistics provides insurance coverage not exceeding US$50.00. Insurance for a higher amount can be arranged through a third party. The customer must contact our office before order is placed.

Interparcel Courier and Logistics  requires you to contact US before shipping any shipment with value of US$500.00 or over. Any loss and damage related to Interparcel Courier and Logistics  must be reported to the company within 24 hours.
 
The Customer is required to inspect his/her shipment when it is received for damage and or missing content. If content are found to be damage or missing, the matter must be reported immediately, failing to do so could adversely affect claim settlement.

Customs and Other Clearance Charges

Authority to Act as User’s Acceptance & Customs Clearance Agent
The Service requires that the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents accept, transport, import, and (when applicable) deliver User’s packages and mail shipments. By accepting electronically (for example, by clicking “I Agree”), using this Website, or using the Service (for example, by sending a package or mail to the provided US address), you authorize the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents to act as User’s agent for the purpose of acceptance, transportation (whether by own equipment, or by a third party), importation (“Customs Clearance”) and delivery of all packages and mail shipments sent to the provided global forwarding address. Moreover, User acknowledges and authorizes that the Company may make declarations based on the information provided by the User or found within the package or mail shipment and can accept valuations on the User’s behalf (with or without User’s knowledge) if such required information is not available or forthcoming.

The Customer agrees to reimburse Interparcel Courier and Logistics for fees and taxes paid on the customers behalf:


1.Customs Duties and Taxes both local and foreign.

2.Associated clearance charges and fees
 
3.Unspecified charges and cost related to customer’s shipment.
 
You agree and acknowledge that Interparcel Courier and Logistics will receive no information or have any responsibility with respect to the content of any packages that you transport through the Service. Furthermore, you will be liable to Interparcel Courier and Logistics for any damages that Interparcel Courier and Logistics has suffered as a result of your failure to comply with any of the applicable laws and/or shipping restrictions, damages which may include legal fees, fines, or any other loss suffered by Interparcel Courier and Logistics.

Interparcel Courier and Logistics reserves the right to refuse, withhold, turn over or destroy any items that are in contravention of any local laws or shipping restrictions, national regulations or are otherwise potentially dangerous or prohibited by law. Interparcel Courier and Logistics is not responsible for any packages which are lost, destroyed, or confiscated by government authorities in contravention of the above.

You understand and acknowledge that any items transported into Jamaica through the Service may be subject to inspections by the Jamaica Customs for compliance with local laws and duties. Interparcel Courier and Logistics is not responsible for any damage to the items, liabilities, penalties or additional charges which may be incurred as a result of these inspections.
 
Payment for Service

The customer agrees to pay Interparcel Courier and Logistics charges and fees for the clearance and handling of his/her shipment and any other service fee related to customer transaction(s)  
Interparcel Courier and Logistics is not responsible for items that are not collected within 30 days. These items may be auctioned to the public to recover cost or discarded, destroyed or otherwise disposed of by Interparcel Courier and Logistics  discretion.

Packages that are not pick up or collected within 7 days after being notify will attract a storage fee of $200 per day.

Shipping rates are subjected to change without notice.
 
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any information that you provide to Interparcel Courier and Logistics and any sellers or suppliers. Interparcel Courier and Logistics is in no way responsible for any lost or mis-delivered packages as a result of error in the names, addresses, or other identification information provided by you to Interparcel Courier and Logistics or to the seller. 

In particular, errors or failure to provide your unique Interparcel Courier and Logistics  identification number(IPCL #)to the seller may result in your package being lost in Interparcel Courier and Logistics  warehouse or otherwise delayed, and Interparcel Courier and Logistics will not be responsible for any damages that you may suffer as a result. Unclaimed items which are unidentifiable or otherwise undeliverable will be stored at a Interparcel Courier and Logistics warehouse for up to 30 days, after which it will be disposed of without any compensation to you. If Interparcel Courier and Logistics is required to locate a package as a result of your error, you may be required to pay an additional fee for this service, regardless of whether the package is ultimately found.

Shipments we carry for you: We collect and store any shipment information you enter on our website or any other information you give us in any other way including such things as the online vendor the item was purchased from, the cost of the item, the name of the item, the type of item, the initial courier used, the courier tracking number, etc.. We use the information that you provide us with for such things as providing you with real-time tracking information, customs clearance, responding to your various requests, sending you periodic communication with information about our organization, programs and services, tracking shipping trends and to analyze and improve our website and our communications. 

E-mail Communications: To help us make our email marketing campaigns more effective, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail and track such details as the number of times the email was opened by you or whether you opened any of the links from our emails. If you do not want to receive email from us, you may always contact us via email at interparcelja@gmail.com 

Interparcel Courier and Logistics will treat your items with absolute confidentiality and does not sell, rent or otherwise distribute the personal information you provide us to third parties of any kind except to law enforcement and governmental entities to assist in open investigations, or under civil or criminal subpoena, or when required by law.

For your online security, we use Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard to the highest industry standards and guidelines for PCI compliance. Internet Package Courier works with a third-party vendor to provide online payment processing using 3D secure. No online credit or debit card information is received or processed directly by Internet Package Courier. Your Account information is protected by the password you use to access your online account. Please keep your password confidential.

Refund Policy

All services rendered by the Company are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes but is not limited to, parcels received, warehouse storage, freight forwarding and delivery.
Customer agrees to pay all shipping/freight fees and other charges incurred for services rendered.

1. We are not responsible for any errors by the merchants in fulfillment of orders or otherwise. User will have to make arrangements with the merchants for any returns, refunds or exchanges of items directly in accordance with the merchant's terms and policies.

 General Information
1. We receive shipments three per week.


2. Delivery request must be made by 11:00 am.
 
Unless there are exceptional circumstances and holidays, we make every effort to fulfill your order within the time period selected and our regular delivery schedules. Please note delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.

3. Delivery Location
We offer delivery to Kingston, Spanish Town and Portmore. Please note we do NOT turn off into volatile areas and narrow lanes for safety precaution and within city limits. If you live in a remote area please feel free to contact us to confirm if deliveries are done in your area.

If no one is at the address and you’re not available via phone or present when delivery is attempted. We will send a whatsapp/phone call to the contact # or an email to the email on file. We’ll make  (1) one delivery attempt the following day, If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
1.    Your package will be sent back to the local warehouse.
2.    Delivery can be rescheduled at a time and date convenient to you.

3. We charge a delivery fee of $500
 
To avoid disturbing you and your neighbours, the driver/rider will NOT knock on doors or blow horns but will contact you directly for delivery only between the hours of 10:00 & 6:00 PM. An out for delivery notification will be sent on the day and the driver/rider will contact you 10 – 15 mins before arriving. Please be dressed and ready outside to receive your package as the driver/rider will leave within 5 minutes after arriving.

4.    Delivery Address Preference
You will get the option to add 2 addresses on your account one for Weekday and one for Weekend. Your default address on file will be selected accordingly.
When adding a new address, you can choose whether you want to receive deliveries on weekends (home) ONLY or weekdays (office) ONLY by only inputting that one address. 
Sundays deliveries are charge at a cost of $700

5.    Delivery Address/Location Change please provide information where you would like your packages to be delivered.

6.    Customer Service
Interparcel Courier & Logistics Customer Service handles all inquiries for deliveries (NOT DRIVERS). You can contact us via email interparcelja@gmail.com , whatsapp 876-389-2434 or log into your account and create a request You can contact us if you would like to hold or reschedule delivery or with any other questions you may have.

7. Packages First In First Out Method Customers who have packages for more than two flight days, upon pickup will have to collect the first package that arrived on their account or ALL packages on their account.
